Artifact Donations

Thank you for considering the RCHS as a possible destination for your treasures.

Our resources are limited. Decisions about accepting items are based on your object’s history and its significance to Rock County’s history, as well as our ability to store, care for, and interpret the item.

Please fill out the form and attach a photo of the item, and our archivist will contact you with a decision.

If the RCHS accepts your donation, you will need to complete a Deed of Gift form. Donations to support the care of accepted artifacts are strongly encouraged and always appreciated.

Please be aware that an accepted item may not be used or displayed in the manner or timeframe you might wish.
