Greene Bros.’ Leaf Tobacco House

This image appears in the Souvenir Janesville Fire Department book, published by the Fireman’s Relief Association in July 1902. It shows the Greene Bros.’ leaf tobacco warehouse on North Academy Street.

In 1906, the company built another four-story warehouse directly north of this structure on the grounds of the Badger Coal Company, visible to the right.
