This installment of the Focus on Art series features 19th century prints from the Lincoln-Tallman museum collection. Among various prints, you’ll see a rare depiction of George Washington with his family, a photo that Lincoln claimed was instrumental in his winning the 1861 Presidential Election and the 1859 ‘martyr’ mentioned in Augusta Tallman’s diary. Another favorite is a mid-1800s detailed illustration of the Rock River at Janesville. Admission $20. Tickets available at the door. Call RCHS to reserve your space in advance.
