List of affected dates and events
The Rock County Historical Society’s priority is to protect and support our members, visitors, staff, and volunteers. Considering recent COVID-19 developments and CDC recommendations, as a precautionary measure RCHS is postponing its April 1 season opening, which includes programming, tours, and events.
Below is a current list of RCHS postponements and cancellations:
- April 1: RCHS Season Opening – Postponed until further notice.
- April 11: Easter Egg Hunt on the RCHS campus – Cancelled.
- April 14: Rock County Genealogical Society – Show Your Genealogy Treasures program – Cancelled.
- April 18: Lincoln Fellowship Meeting on the RCHS campus – Postponed.
- April 25: History Makers Gala – Postponed.
- April 27: School Tours/Immersion Program in the Lincoln-Tallman House and Frances Willard School – Postponed until fall, 2020 semester.
- May 12: Rock County Genealogical Society – Writing a Biographical Sketch program – Cancelled.
- May 14: RCHS Annual Membership Meeting – TBD
We will continue to update you as we know more. We look forward to welcoming you to our campus and events as soon as it is safe to do so.
